OUR PRINCIPALS

Sonja Carson, President and CEO

In 1988 Sonja founded Berkana International, Inc., a retained executive search firm, after more than eight years of experience in the high-tech and converging technologies industries. Later, in 1998, she launched Headhunters.com, Inc. She specializes in senior executive and technical search, and spearheads the marketing direction of Headhunters.com. Prior to her recruiting experience, she was Vice President of Sales with Technology Services Corporation, a training and services company specializing in the P.C. industry in the area of operations, programming and training. Ms. Carson graduated from the University of Washington with a double Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Comparative Literature, and worked concurrently in the University's Academic Computing Center.

Duane Wright, Webmaster

A producer and writer of independent films, Duane is the artistic and editorial talent behind Headhunters.com's internet presence. He is also responsible for establishing first contact with clients and candidates introduced to us via the web. Duane graduated from Evergreen State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema and Creative Writing.

Bill Holloman, Operations Manager

Bill is an ex-Army captain and helicopter pilot who developed his organizational experience as a planning and operations staff officer in the U.S. Army's largest helicopter battalion in Europe. He maintains all of Headhunters.com's behind-the-scenes activities, insuring a smooth operational environment for the rest of the team. Bill graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations.
