Job Description:
Liberty Landscaping, Inc. is presently looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Level Landscape Supervisor for the San Diego area.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, periodic hands-on irrigation repairs, crew direction and scheduling, Customer Service, site walks, analysis and evaluations as required.
The list below identifies many of the qualities and abilities we like to see in our Mid-management staff. This position’s pay scale is dependent on the applicant’s qualifications.
 Must show effective communication skills using the various forms of media available
Must have the ability to effectively communicate to laborers and foremen, site job duties
Must have the ability to effectively communicate proper operating procedures
Must have the ability to communicate effective landscape maintenance procedures to property Mgrs.
Must have the ability to effectively recognize deficient areas and their remedy in the landscape
Must have the ability to list, organize, and properly prioritize site needs for foremen to job completion
Must have the ability to effectively maintain site ‘Audits’ and document all deficiencies for review
Must have the ability to effectively map site irrigation clocks, valves, backflows, etc.
Must have the ability to effectively hold training and information meetings for employees
