Job Description:
Small, national direct mail / mail order firm located in Union Square / lower Manhattan seeks smart college graduate to work directly with Founder / President for number 2 position.
Perform all AP functions. Liaison with fulfillment house, telemarketing operation, printers, list suppliers, and bank for credit card / check deposits. Work with all vendors. Reconcile bank statements. Must know Quickbooks.
Must also demonstrate strong quantitative and data manipulation skills including forecasting and modeling for results analysis. Advanced excel knowledge, formula set-up, day-to-day reporting.
Need fast learner, self-starter, control freak. Real growth opportunity.
