Job Description:
Operations Manager
Carpets Unlimited Inc. is seeking an experienced, full-time operations manager to join our growing floor contracting company.
Scope of work would include the following:
 Oversee all daily operations of the company
Building quotes, creating proposals and invoicing customers
Confer with appropriate support staff to outline work plan, responsibilities and job scope to ensure project needs and expectations are met
Create, track and change orders to meet the goals of all projects
Develop a strategy based on the work plan to capture time frame, funding requirements, profit levels, customer satisfaction and company objectives
Schedule jobs
Coordinate jobs with our installation teams
Maintain inventory and place orders when necessary
Operate fork truck and load trucks
This position will require the following:
Bachelors Degree
Valid Driver's License
Desire to learn and strong leadership skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, deadline driven atmosphere
Flexibility and ability to work with multiple interruptions
Job consists of a starting Salary of $31K-38K, with potential quarterly bonuses. Paid vacation and holidays, and benefits offered
