Is seeking a Client Services Rep
For a position in South Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Provides Client support to work order requests and maintains clients files in a construction based industry.
Duties:
 Establishes client set-up by studying sales order, specifications, and documentation.
Maintain several working files on a timed schedule.
Maintain files by utilizing and must be proficient with Word, Excel, Email, Internet and handling emailed job photos therefore computer proficiency a must.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
An independent working position but must also be a team player.
Prepare weekly reports on working client files.
Skills/Qualifications:
Email and Computer proficient, Problem Solving, Customer Service Oriented, Attention to Detail, Productivity, Energetic individual with a happy "can do" attitude.
