Job Description:
IT TECH NEEDED - FULL TIME POSITION
Information Technology Job Requirements:
All applicants should meet these requirements before submitting their application or being interviewed for this position. Items marked with a red star (*) before it, indicates key requirements that must be met.
1. *A minimum of four years experience installing and configuring Windows Server 2003, 2003 R2, 2008, 2008 R2.
2. *A minimum of four years experience installing and configuring Microsoft Exchange Servers.
3. *A minimum of four years experience managing Windows Server including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, to name a few.
4. *A minimum of four years experience managing and configuring Routers and Firewalls including Cisco routers.
5. *A minimum of three years experience providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, laptops, printers, servers and/or other similar systems hardware and software.
6. A minimum of 2 years experience configuring smart phones such as iphone, blackberry or any other similar devices.
7. A minimum of three years experience installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware including upgrading memory and hard drive.
8. *A minimum of three years experience installing, configuring, and upgrading computer software including Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A minimum of 2 years experience applying professional diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
10. A minimum of 4 years experience implementing, maintaining and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
11. A minimum of 1 year using or managing MAC computers.
12. A minimum of 3 years experience managing, and configuring e-mails in Microsoft Outlook, Entourage or any other email client.
13. A minimum two years experience in a corporate IT support environment.
14. *Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, colleagues and management.
15. Must be a fast learner and be dedicated to resolving technical issues.
16. *Must be the holder of an Associate or Bachelors Degree, in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education in any other technical related field.
17. *Must have an A+ Certification or any other equivalent Certification.
18. Microsoft systems or desktop certification desired.
19. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
20. Must have the ability to pay attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
21. Must have the ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
22. Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service skills.
23. Must have clean driving record and weekend flexibility.
24. Bilingual desirable
Salary will depend on knowledge, experience and qualifications.
