Is seeking a CSR / Administrative Assistant
For a position in London, Ontario, Canada
Job Description:
Seeking a quality-oriented person to fulfill the position of CSR / Administrative Assistant for our dynamic company.
This person should be able to perform and meet the following criteria:
1. Customer assistance:
Answer phones
Assist customers with orders / inquiries / problems / complaints
(Review and Resolve customer service issues appropriately, timely and delicately)
File damage claims with UPS/FedEx
Obtain customer data to qualify readiness of shipment
2. Order entry:
Knowledge of and daily use of QuickBooks
3. A/R:
Invoicing (QuickBooks)
Process bank deposits
Process credit card payments
Assist with posting payments (credit card and checks)
Collection calls-review past due accounts and contact customer for payment
4. A/P:
Entering bills to be paid into QB’s
Mailing of checks
5. Assist with freight shipments:
Obtain rate quotes from carriers
Completion of Bills of Lading
Arrange carrier pickup
Invoicing of shipments
6. Misc. tasks:
Filing
Faxing
Catalog requests
Special projects as needed
7. Computer skills:
QuickBooks a plus
Excel
Word
Outlook
8. General qualifications required:
Great phone manner and customer service experience
Detail oriented and efficient
Multi tasking ability
Ability to follow tasks through to completion and resolution
Analytical ability
Work independently with minimal supervision
Desire to take on additional responsibilities and projects
