Job Description:
Qontrol Devices Inc. is a small engineering company that contracts and sells OEM products primarily to the automotive, machinery, and electronics industries. Our engineered products are mainly industrial rubber, plastic, and metal parts and assemblies.
We have a job opening for a motivated and dynamic sales manager with 5+ years experience. Candidate must have people skills and be able to develop comprehensive sales plans and programs to gain new sales leads and meet sales goals.
Job functions include cold calling, managing trade shows, advertising, personal contact with potential customers, managing and coordinating with outside sales reps, and some traveling.
Must have good communication and written skills and the ability to write proposals and presentations. Technical background and bilingual in Mandarin Chinese a plus. Base salary plus bonus and benefits.
