Job Description: A qualified individual must be familiar with cell manufacturing, lean manufacturing, and have budgetary experience. This individual must be
quality, schedule, and process improvement driven.
This high throughput and small lot size
operation has numerous CNC Lathe, Mill and Swiss Machine Tools.
Candidate will direct the work
efforts of two lead people, 30 machinists, and two shifts. Must have a minimum of 5 years
supervisory experience
